Return and Exchange Policy

Please contact our after-sales service first, elaborate product problems, so that we can do technical assessment for you first, and help you solve problems remotely.


If the after-sales customer service recommends sending back for repair, please report for repair by telephone or mailbox.






No refund or exchange is allowed under the following circumstances

For any goods not sold through the official channel of King drawing, please contact the sales office for return business;


For over-insured goods (goods over three guarantees);


Commodity quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, infusion, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing, alteration labeling, machine serial number, anti-counterfeiting marks; incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions of commodities; missing or altered invoices;


Damage caused by force majeure;
