• What do I do if the touchpad is too sensitive?

  Reset touchpad driver:Open Device Manager>>Human Interface Devices>>Uninstall I2C Hid Device>>Scan for hardware changes 
  

  

  

• What do I do if the touchpad/keyboard is disabled?

  1.There is a switch on the right side of Philpad to enable/disable the whole keyboard.

  2.Press fn+F3 to enable/disable the touchpad.
