  There are "old" and "new" TP drivers, touch the window sign on the Tour Pro, if there is a pop up, choose new one, otherwise, choose old one.

• What do I do if there is "Flicker" problem on Tour Pro?

  Use the BIOS repair tool.

  1.Unzip and open folder”KN5_XIDU_V113_BIOS_Release_20191105A”

   

  2.Click ”File”button on the left ，then click “open windows PowerShell as administrator”.

   

  3.Input ”cmd” in the blue pop up window,then press the Enter key

   

  4.After it is done,input “flash.bat”，press the Enter key again.

   

  5.When it is over,pls input “fp”,then press Tab key,choose “FPTW64.exe”.

  Press Spacebar,input”-f” then press Spacebar again,press Tab choose KN5V133_XIDU.rom ,press the Enter key again.

   

  7. When it shows “FPT Operation Successfully”,just restart the window,no need to close the window.That's all.

   

  
  

• How to install fingerprint driver?

  1、Window>> Settings

  

  2、Click Update&Security

  

  3、Choose Recovery>>Advanced startup>>Restart now

  

  4、When you in advanced startup interface,choose troubleshoot>>startup settings>>Advanced Options>>Restart>>Press 7 or F7 to choose “Disable driver signature enforcement”

  

  5、After restart, open “this PC” and click “Manage” to open Computer Management

  

  6、Click Device Manage，Other device>>FT9201>>Update driver>>Browse my computer for driver software
