• How to resolve keyboard typing problem？

  1. Turn on/off the Num lock, please press fn+Num and it won't in a mess.

  
  

  
  

  2.Our keyboard is US version. So you may need to change it to your country :

  Start>>Settings>> Time&Language>>Region&Language>>Options>>Add a keyboard>> choose the country you are(you can remove the US keyboard after you select other one )
